This advanced CNC-machined aluminum piston head is designed for maximum performance, sealing, and longevity. Thanks to its lightweight yet durable aluminum body, it ensures optimal airflow and contributes to more consistent muzzle velocity. The construction features VITON O-rings for perfect sealing, eliminating air loss inside the cylinder.
The dual O-ring design reduces friction, prevents contact with cylinder walls, and minimizes the risk of scratches. For increased efficiency, the piston head is equipped with an adjustable brass internal weight, allowing tuning of power and Joule Creep effects. A pressure bearing on the spring side reduces torsion and improves stability in FPS consistency. The package also includes shims for correcting AOE.
