The knee pads feature a quick-release QD buckle that simply hooks onto the pin on the pad body, greatly speeding up putting on and taking off. The inner side is softly padded with EVA foam for comfort and effective shock absorption. The outer layer made of Oxford 900D resists tearing and is complemented by a large rigid TPU shell that absorbs impact energy. The manufacturer recommends use up to 90 kg for a fall from 1.5 m, however during common tactical activities such as kneeling or sliding, the pads provide sufficient protection even for heavier users. The SWAT model is among the most comfortable protectors in this price category, and many experienced airsoft players still prefer them over tactical pants with integrated pads.
